Peter Banwell is the broker owner of Hawthorne Realty and has over twenty years of experience in existing home sales, new construction, development and real estate education. Peter has served as President of The Flint Area Association of Realtors, Flint Housing Commission and is long serving director of The Shelter of Flint, Inc.
Peter Banwell has owned and operated The Real Estate Academy since 1992. During this time Peter has instructed real estate courses at numerous locations around the State of Michigan including Mott Community College, Oakland Community College, Macomb Community College, various local Realtor Associations and many private venues.
